In February first 2011, Eng. Ahmed Fathy (IPMC Chairman) and Mr. Ebrahim Alassaf (Chairman of signed Riyadah Real Estate Company) signed a MOU to establish a new contracting company.
The new company is dedicated to work in the field of construction and infrastructure projects with the project management approach.
