Ministry of Education in KSA through its arm for school building tatweer has recently renewed IPMC contract to manage the development of school prototypes all over KSA.
In partnership with New Horus Company , IPMC Egypt announced land purchasing in Hurgada City, with a total area of 54000 SQM the land has a unique location on the red sea coast.

IPMC Egypt announces completing the land purchasing in KM 90 Alex Matrouh road, with a total land area of 92549 Sqm, the site has a unique location in Egypt North Coast land is proposed to construct as premium resort . The project is recently proposed to construct providing 2000 residential units.
IPMC purchased its first totally owned and operated touristic boat TIGER I, with capacity up to 35 guests. The boat is well equipped for snorkeling and touristic trips in the Red sea.
IPMC is handing over one of the most elegant smart towers in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia.
The project name is Zamil House; it’s the new head quarter of Al Zamil Holding Group in Alkhober city.

IPMC is currently bidding for tow new contacts with Emaar Middle East real estate Company, one for the landscape supervision and the other is for infrastructure supervision. In present IPMC have 3 running contracts with the same client.
IPMC will sign within few weeks a contract for JV with LOSCO landscape and Interior designer for particular project to be able to complete the services of supervision and design review with highly specialized and professional firms in the Saudi market.
Eng. Ahmed Fatthi (IPMC Chairman) and Eng. Tariq Alabdeljabar (Executive Partner of Inshaat Engineering Firm) signed in 25th Of February 2011 a MOU to commence their work altogether as a union for project management in Riyadh. This new JV will provide to the Saudi market all the services of project management and construction management for all types of projects.
