Project Description
As the demand of Daily Use Units is increasing in Saudi tourism market, Jenan decided to develop its share in Makarem resort to cover the current, future demand and attract the users by providing them a comfort and luxury units to use. Jenan started with 10 units located in the north of the resort, the methodology of development was to change the typical use of the villas which overlooking the sea and add some new activities which enable the user to enjoy spending the whole day not limited to the sport of swimming in the sea, but satisfying in other activities like playing, barbeque, chatting and enjoying of the green areas which help in relaxation.
IPMC Role: IPMC played in that project the role of engineer according to the Fedic, IPMC was responsible for covering both management and supervision scope for the construction of the swimming pools and the landscape activities done in the project.
