Project Description
Zamil holding company has a vision to develop another stage of the existing closed compound in Al Jubail city to cover the current residential demand, the project was a fast track project consists of 10 buildings 5 floors – 2 apartment / floor plus 14 residential villas in addition to complete infrastructure and landscape activities for the developed stage, the plan was to hand over the whole project fully furnished in only eight months.
IPMC Role: IPMC provided project management services for that project- The most important challenge that IPMC had to overcome is how to manage such fast track project and handover the project in time without any sacrifice with quality. IPMC succeeded to balance the project constrains (time, cost and quality) by well planning and coordinating between the project parties and expecting the conflicts, interfacing areas between the activities and working on solving it from the project beginning.
