Carrying out construction, completion and handing over of 12 Type villas (Arabic and Spanish styles) with a total number of Affordable villas equal to 280, works includes Raft foundation structures, Electro-mechanical works and Kitchen Appliances, forming part of the project known as Al-Khobar Gardens Development.

IPMC Role: IPMC provide in that project Design management, design review and value engineering to maintain the concept of affordability. IPMC is responsible for primary design competition, review the conceptual design, obtain the client approval, follow up the design development and prepare the construction bidding documents.
